David Wagner is the gold standard for what a real estate broker should be. We met him at a poodle rescue event, casually mentioned that we were trying to find a home in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area on very short notice, and he immediately sprang into action. He dropped everything, showed us a variety of properties, and even helped us secure a rental right away. David was responsive, sharp, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with from day one. Just when we were close to giving up, he showed us a property in Cahuilla Hills that completely stole our hearts. The pictures did not remotely do it justice. On our way back to Idaho, we decided to make an offer. From there, David handled everything brilliantly: negotiations, inspections, title, escrow, and even the final walkthrough when we could not be there. And then he kept going. When we arrived weeks later, he greeted us at the house, brought snacks and water, made sure there was toilet paper and soap, helped arrange a home warranty, made a claim on it, set up Wi-Fi, and even helped with remote garage access. That is not normal service. That is above-and-beyond, white-glove, rare level commitment. David did not just help us buy a home. He made the entire experience easier, smoother, and more enjoyable at every step. He is a true professional and someone we are proud to consider a friend. I recommend him without hesitation.

Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2023 in Baristo, Palm springs, CA. Over the years I have completed over a dozen real estate purchases and Mark was by far one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendliest agents I have worked with. This past winter was my first in Palm Springs and towards the end of my stay I started looking at property by going to open houses, after seeing some 15 open houses and telling every agent I was a cash buyer, Mark was the only agent that offer his services. I mention this because that tells you exactly the kind of guy Mark is. I was condo shopping and my budget was average and Mark made me feel like a million dollar customer. He quickly became knowledgeable of my likes and needs and never showed me anything wacko. He has great knowledge of all the different neighborhoods, condo and association quirks, along with being well connected with other professionals. Mark always looked out for Me, his negotiation skills are superior and he was able to get me my place both in my budget and almost $20K under what I was willing to pay. I would give Mark 10 Stars if it was an option ! He is an honest, caring and professional Agent, when I'm ready to move to Palm Springs full time I'll be looking to him for my forever retirement home.

Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2022 in Palm springs, CA. I have worked with Mark since 2020 on the purchase (4) and sale (2) of multiple properties in the Palm Springs area. As an investor, Mark listened to my needs and was able to find the ideal mid century property in need of some love during a very competitive, low inventory market. Mark is a strong communicator and returns phone calls, texts and emails quickly which facilitated us working well together. He knows the market and is constantly doing his own competitive analysis to ensure he knows what is available and what the realistic price for a property should be. Additionally, Mark presents himself in a very professional way during open houses or when visiting other properties. When selling a property Mark's attention to detail really helps ensure the property looks 100% for any prospective buyer. In contrast I have been consistently surprised by the casual or poor professionalism of many other agents in the Palm Springs area, both in how they present themselves or their properties.
